RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
 
KKLAU Car Audio guarantees that all purchased products are BRAND NEW and GENUINE.

We regret that return or refunds cannot be accommodated unless it is damaged or has extensive defects discovered upon the receiving of the items. Please contact us immediately and no claims shall be entertained after 48 hours upon receiving.

No refund nor return will be entitled for sale, clearance and second hand items.

In case the product you receive is not the one you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours after you receive it. We will arrange for exchange subject to stock availability. If no stock for exchange within 14 days, we will proceed with full refund and the shipping cost to ship the item back to us.

Buyer will need to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us and also the redelivery charges for new exchange item. However, if we send the wrong or defective items to you, we will bear all the cost of return shipping (as long as you use a standard shipping method) and we will make sure we send the correct items to you, ALL at our expense.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCEDURES

Buyer must contact seller and provide proof of purchase. (Eg. Order / Invoice number)

Once we have received your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 2 business days for further instructions.

All returned items must be shipped in NEW CONDITION, UNUSED, ORIGINAL PACKAGING and sent to the following address:

No: 1 Block I, Taipan Damansara II, Jalan PJU 1A/1, Ara Damansara, 47301, P.J, Malaysia.

Upon we receive the returned items, we will perform QC inspection. If no further issue, we will proceed to send out the replacement items within 2 business days or refund within 7 business days.
